Ivory Naomi grew up in West Philadelphia, where neighbors were extended family and there was a sense of community. She is the oldest of five and learned early on how much human connections matter. Friends can become family, and opportunities can become bridges. Her story is one of resilience and open-mindedness. There are no wrong questions except the ones you don't ask, and she passes these same principles down to her two children.

She knows what it feels like to start with little experience. Her first deal felt overwhelming. Like anything new, the process can feel like walking in the dark, until the unfamiliar becomes familiar and you see light at the end of the tunnel. People don't know how much you don't know, so don't give up.

That same work taught her something about owners who try to do everything alone: they lose sight of why they started when they take it all on themselves. You need connections, and networking expands your knowledge.

What she loves about working with people is simple: there is always something to learn and share. Connecting with someone shows you the significance of their world view, and compassion only increases the awareness that there's always another way to see a situation.

Ivory co-founded Bell & Bridge with Yuvi. The two are friends, and she saw what AI tools could open up for small businesses.

Yuvi handles the tech side: the accounts, the phone and texting setup, and building each system. If something needs fixing behind the scenes, he's on it.
